As someone who has been on both sides of the table in business settings, I can attest that there isn’t a perfect way to fire people or for those who were let go to receive the news with acquiescence, contrary to how George Clooney’s portrayed the process in the 2009 movie “Up in the Air.”
I could not have loved this more. If he’s telling the story accurately I can agree it could have been handled better by Aaron Glenn but I think the meeting also reiterated AR’s whole persona as a divisive attention seeking clown. Enough already. “ Do you want to play football” needs to be answered with an immediate firm yes! We’ve all been through the darkness retreat and all the other BS he brought with him.
