Thank you for and excellently stated, realistic perspective. We are seeing the building of an often spoken paradigm of ' building a culture' and hats off to the coach for creating it with willing players in the midst of a chaotic year. Good for them.
Kenny did the same thing and it is something to root for.
I like this perspective and the fact that nothing is a guarantee in the transition from College to the NBA. As a Nets fan, My priorities for this season where to get go capital and assets back for the solid pieces we had and build a culture. A culture which would make any rookie that stepped comfortable and want to make them play at their best. Regardless of who it is. Copper Flagg is a dream but I have really high expectations from this front office in drafting the right guy. They always get good talent at the end of the draft (something Nets fans don't acknowledge). Imagine giving this front office a few good draft picks.
Well... credit to Sean Marks for choosing the right direction. I lost access to Twitter, but I'm curious to know how NetsDaily responds to this reality. While I'll admit I'm not watching much Nets' basketball due to fatigue from work, the gym, and family, the product on the court ain't helping keep my eyes open, even if this is a necessary evil.
I have confidence in Sean Marks' ability to draft talent with late 1sts and 2nds. I am sincerely skeptical about his ability to adequately assemble a roster capable of winning a championship. He'll draft Bailey to play Center because he's tall and shoots 3s
My instant analysis of this game is that if the coach decided to leave Sengun out the Nets would happily take it. (I did not see what was going on until the second half)

“Space cadet defense.” 😆

Not interested in Rockets inactives. You know well who was out versus in for Brooklyn. Nets started 3 borderline NBA players.
I know--as soon as I saw even Cameron Johnson as inactive I looked around for whether he had been traded.
